FAQ

Tap Sign Up on the login screen, enter your email, choose a username, and set a password. You'll receive a verification email — please verify within 7 days or your account will be removed.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link from Firebase.

Go to the League tab, tap Create League, name your league, customize the scoring rules and pick deadline, then invite friends by username.

You need to be invited by a league owner. When invited, you'll see a notification — tap to accept and you'll be added to the league.

Before each race weekend, go to your league and tap Make Picks. You'll see prediction fields based on your league's rules — pole position, race winner, podium, fastest lap, and more. Fill in your predictions and submit before the deadline.

Each league's owner sets a deadline (default: 15 minutes before the first session starts). A countdown timer shows how much time you have left. Once the deadline passes, picks are locked.

Yes, you can modify your picks as many times as you want before the deadline. Once the deadline passes, they're locked.

The app automatically detects sprint weekends and shows additional sprint prediction fields if your league has sprint rules enabled.

Points accumulate across all race weekends. View the Standings tab to see league rankings, and tap any member to see a detailed weekend-by-weekend breakdown.

Go to the Friends tab, search for a username, and send a friend request. Once accepted, you can view each other's profiles and invite them to leagues.

Go to your Profile tab, tap your avatar, and select a photo from your device.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Formula League mobile application ("Application"), operated by Giuseppe Romanelli ("Service Provider" or "Data Controller"), based in the European Union.

Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form)

Device information (OS, device type)
Application usage data

The Application does not collect precise location data.

4. Data Retention

The Application is provided for entertainment purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not misuse or attempt to disrupt its functionality. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or extraction of source code is prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Third-Party Data & Disclaimer

Formula League is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Formula 1®, the FIA, any Formula 1 teams, drivers, or related entities. All trademarks, team names, driver names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Race results are based on publicly available information; the Service Provider does not guarantee accuracy and accepts no liability for errors or omissions.

4. Internet Connectivity

Certain features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for functionality issues caused by lack of connectivity or data limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is." The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Application, including reliance on race results or scoring data.

6. Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.
